All brewers listed are gold medal winners. (The total number of brewers in our contest is 5,836. The 100 listed represent the top 1.7% of all brewers -- the creme de la creme of world brewing; a greater percentage of the population qualifies as genius for comparison.)With the Ratebeer winter awards of last year, we were already very happy to enter their Top 100. Since that day, Struise team has been working even harder on issues like quality, creativity, and most off all originality. Today we are very honoured receiving this award, and it will have a special place at our office and in our hearts. It will give us the necessary courage every day in the future to try and do better. At some point, we might be the subject of some isolated criticism, due to us not having a brewery of our own. While we have an investing program which will probably lead us to our own installations in the next 5 years, at least that is what we hope, this achievement is more important than being the owner of a brewery. It is the result of thousands of statements from individuals throughout our globe that we took a good direction, and today, we do not plan to change our course. With the support and help of all our fans, beer amateurs, conoisseurs, and colleagues, we had a perfect guidance to be where we are now, hopefully the start of an interesting and creative adventure, so thank you all for being there for us, every day. In fact we are somehow embarrassed receiving all those awards. Therefore we have published them on the read more page. When we counted all awards, we came with a total of 19 golden awards and 2 silver awards. Last year we won 8 Golden Awards, what a difference, and yes we made a difference at the brewery too. Some new and out of the box beers were crafted. Quality, and patience were levelled up once more. Creativity, originality became ordinary standards.
